The interlocking 'AT' letters are crafted to resemble a brand - a rancher's mark burned into wood or leather - symbolizing ownership, trust, and legacy. Inspired by the textures of the rural West-weathered leather, reclaimed barn wood, and forged iron - the mark feels both timeless and handcrafted. The letterforms are sturdy and grounded, reflecting the hardworking nature of the founders, Andy and Terry, while remaining clean and approachable for residential clients. The typography and proportions balance rustic authenticity with professional clarity, ensuring the brand resonates equally with farmers selling generational land and families buying their first home. A gentle way to combine naming and realtor

Entirely based on the name 'ben' that has been customized in order to literally associate his name with realtors / residential environment. Not by chance: - letter 'b' includes a roof and a chimney - letter 'n' becomes a door / an entrance as an invitation to visit your properties, or as an identification of your clients with their dream home (feel at home). Below and next to logomark I have placed the wordmark using the same rounded typography. The result is a clean, professional yet warm graphic solution based on his name.
