Portalia designs (with external architects), builds and manages real estate projects ( office buildings and strip centers). We are currently working on our first 2 projects and we want them to be innovative and to appeal to the high end ... our customers are international companies that want to rent offices or retail companies/restaurants that will want a selling space in a strip ... Our projects will be located just aside the biggest mall in ... What we want to communicate to the customers is the following: - We are a trustful solid company - We are dynamic with a very flexible structure (small working team with very fast decision making process) - We have a different way of seeing real estate projects with long term view (we only rent we don't sell) and innovative designs and thus we are ready to take some risks - We want our brand to be elegant and bold
