Raising the Bar | Editorial Book Cover Design for a Modern Relationship & Psychology Book

Raising the Bar | Editorial Book Cover Design for a Modern Relationship & Psychology Book

A bold, conceptual book cover design for Raising the Bar: How to Navigate the New Standards of Love and Relationships by psychotherapist Taylor LaJeunesse. The book explores the evolution of modern relationships, emotional intimacy, shared power, and the essential skills needed to build healthier, more fulfilling partnerships. The cover translates the book’s central message into a striking visual metaphor: a couple ascending a colorful staircase, symbolizing growth, partnership, and the journey toward higher relationship standards. The bold serif typography establishes a strong visual hierarchy, while the colorful staircase introduces movement, optimism, and a sense of progression. The result is a memorable, typography-led nonfiction book cover that communicates the book’s psychological depth and practical message through a playful yet sophisticated visual language.

This story takes place before the events of book one, but is about a character who is introduced in the epilogue of book 2 of the series, so sits between book 2 and 3 in recommended reading order. This is the story of Serafina, who 'wakes up' and realises she is a mind controlled Divvinium slave.

365 Days to Self-Mastery - A Journey From Ego to Soul, One Day at a Time

365 Days to Self-Mastery - A Journey From Ego to Soul, One Day at a Time

'365 Days of Self-Mastery' is a year-long journey of personal and spiritual growth, designed to help the reader understand him/herself more deeply and live with greater awareness. Each day explores an aspect of self-mastery – from thoughts, emotions and reactions to relationships, boundaries, resilience, compassion and spiritual awareness. Through short reflections, practical guidance and gentle self-enquiry, the book helps the reader gradually move beyond the patterns of the ego and towards a more conscious, peaceful and soul-led way of living.
